Every year we team up with the Center for Institutional and Organizational Learning to offer professional development opportunities for faculty during Spring Break.
In 2023, we partnered with our Medical Campus leadership to teach nursing and life sciences faculty members how to incorporate design thinking and entrepreneurship in their curriculum to help students develop skills that will help them excel beyond their clinical training.

Learn about the entrepreneurial mindset and human-centered design in order to develop innovations to enhance your existing teaching methods.
Identify ways in which your current syllabus can incorporate activities, content or assessment metrics that help develop the entrepreneurial mindset.
You will have the opportunity to develop a prototype of your idea and pitch it to a team of judges for a chance to win an implementation grant.
