Scale Up Miami is a twelve-week leadership and training program designed to help Miami’s small business owners get ready to scale. Whether your business is brand new, or already a staple in our community, this “mini-MBA” style program will help you get the tools you need to grow.  You’ll learn the latest techniques in marketing, gain a better understanding of your finances and, work on a growth plan that you will pitch at the end of the program for a chance to win $5,000. The best part about this program? You’ll get a much better understanding of the ecosystem and will become part of a community of more than 150 businesses that have completed the program.
